Titan Technology Alliance, LLC, was founded in August 2002 with a mission to provide innovative engineering design, consultancy, and support services for product development based on embedded modem, telecommunication, and telephony technologies. 

In recent years Titan Technology Alliance had also developed expertise in Photoplethysmography - a non invasive optically obtained measurement of blood volume changes in the microvascular bed of tissue, that is commonly used for measurements of heart rate.
